The No Slack November Challenge was created to help build healthy habits daily thru small increments added to your selected level of fitness! There are three levels to choose from: Beginner, Intermediate, or expert. Choose which best suits you and either do the push ups, sits ups OR both that corresponds with the level you selected. As the numbers increase, it is OKAY to break it up in to multiple sets to reach the targeted number for that day. We encourage you to take videos of your progress and post it within our GRF App or to your social media outlets, you never know who you might inspire to join before the month ends! Lets hold each other accountable and end this year on a high note!
